Andy Hillier is a graduate of Leeds College of Music, where he earned a BA in Jazz Studies. Much of his career has been spent at sea, leading dance bands aboard Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth. Alongside his time with Cunard, Andy has performed with renowned groups such as The Pasadena Roof Orchestra, The Charleston Chasers, and in the touring theatre production of The Rat Pack Las Vegas Spectacular. He has appeared at prominent events like the Cork Jazz Festival and the Ascona Jazz Festival, as well as in numerous theatres across the UK. Now back on land, Andy has returned to both teaching and performing locally and beyond.
